1. Use Of Service

You give us autorization to check the status of your server by making connection attempts at intervals. You warrant that you are the owner of the Minecraft server you are adding.

2. Account Banning

We reserve the right to ban any account at any time without any notification or reasoning.

3. Server Removal

We reserve the right to remove any server in the server list at any time without any notification or reasoning.

4. Server Editing

We reserve the right to edit any content on the servers that you have posted with any notification or reasoning.

5. Email

We require your own email address so we can contact you if you add a server, if you do not give us your email address your IP will be banned!

6. Content

Adding you server to MCSS, you consent us royalty free worldwide license to use content covered by IP rights.

7. Server Images

The server images are provided by us, we old all IP rights to the images and should not be replicated in anyway. Images posted on external sites require a link back to this site.

8. Friends API

The friends API can be used by any one, only on websites. You are not permitted to use it any other software. Especiall Minecraft clients, the only client allowed to access the friends API is: Click Me Client

9. No refunds

No money refunds, do not dispute. There can be credit refunds but no money refunds.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to amend the Terms of Service at anytime without notice.

11. Content upload

This site provides the functionality of uploading your own images, upload content, images, video, text that you own the copyright you will grant us a worldwide license to use, host, store, replicate, modify, create derivative works, comminucate, publish and distrubute such content.
